I I... Question that I have is I have bad successor here. So thank you for coming. Can you please explain that they haven't been paying any money that they own in this piece of it after we approve it? If not, we'll go to

the floor then bring the check. We have estimated

the values from the property, but they are asking to be abandoned. And so the two properties for Providence College, have done separately. Obviously, much more of these have been done separately. We have identified a value for each. We would anticipate that, the amounts of money that we have estimated in which the council prefers different values, would be the number we would be recommending.

We would also be anticipating that they would be supplying the city where the AD that is going to incorporate the land that is going to be abandoned into, whatever lot they are going to accumulate it into, especially if it's on two sides of our previous streets. In one of the cases, they had developed a plan that had, four different, abandonments of two sections of the roadway, and, it's been... They... We've identified the various values for each of those passes. And, ultimately, we're gonna need deeds that are going to incorporate that street into wherever they're going.

But we've identified those values. The other two are also end of street abandonments. We assume that any abutters have been addressed, and somehow, the land is going to be free to be accumulated that the way they want to. We would also need a deed accumulating it into the lot they intend to accumulate it into as well as paying the monies that, have been estimated.

don't Yes, sir. I just have one issue on West Park Street. In our in our testimony to the to the committee here, we're just seeing clarification on the area to be abandoned. The two attachments on the plan show different limits. We would just need to clarify what those limits are by the.

We we have estimated that it's 1,180 square feet. If that's different, then we would need to know also.

So the the survey plan shows one area identified for abandonment, and the radius plan shows the different area for abandonment. K. So we're just seeking for the, you know, for the petitioner to clarify that and to send us an electronic plan before this moves forward.

And if it's the different square footage, we need to know so we could recalculate. Is Eric here?

two or three, there's two maps in

the past and line. This one... The page... One on page three has a blue thing. If you look, there's this sort of diagonal line that's going through it.

If you look at page four, which is the radius map, there's a little... So there's, a blue blue shaded area here, and there's a little red box shaded area here in the center of this. Right. Theoretically, those should be the same, but they're not. And we're trying to figure out...

I think what they're saying is which one do they want? Are they looking for the blue box or the red box? And so it
