Call to Order, Roll Call, and Election of Chair

The meeting was called to order and roll call was conducted to establish a quorum. A motion was made and approved to elect the chairperson for the meeting.

Opening of Bids

23:05 - 45:04

The board opened and read aloud competitive bids submitted across Items 1 through 13. The proposals spanned contracts for Health and Human Services, Public Property renovations, electrical upgrades, stormwater cleaning, and winter supplies.

Referral of Opened Bids

45:04 - 45:55

A motion was entertained and seconded to refer all opened bids to their respective departments for review and evaluation. The motion passed unanimously upon a voice vote.

Discussion on Department of Art, Culture and Tourism Contract

45:55 - 48:27

A board member raised questions regarding a retroactive approval of $120,000 for fan zone production services under the Department of Art, Culture and Tourism. Board members discussed contract controls and requested clarification from the department at the next meeting.

Vote on Section A Items 1 through 27

A motion was made to approve items 1 through 27 in Section A with specified exceptions. A roll call vote was held, and the motion passed with seven affirmative votes.

Approval of Minutes
