Call to Order, Roll Call, and Approval of Minutes
The City Plan Commission called the regular meeting to order and completed roll call of members and staff. The commission then reviewed and unanimously voted to approve the minutes from the previous meeting.
Case 23-053MI: 885 Westminster Street Extension Request
The applicant requested a one-year extension for preliminary plan approval on a mixed-use residential infill project at 885 Westminster Street to finalize remaining utility permits and lot merging. Following brief commissioner questions, the commission unanimously approved the one-year extension request.
Case 26-070MA: 31 Dyke Street Master Plan Public Hearing
The commission held a public hearing for a proposed six-story mixed-use building featuring mass timber construction, ground-floor parking, rooftop commercial space, and 28 residential units. Following presentations from the project architect and land use expert, along with public feedback and staff review, the commission approved the design waiver, dimensional adjustment, and master plan approval with conditions.
