This is Rhizoconstrucca. That's just a request for a call. Minority unmarked bid. I don't think this is anything on this, but at the social media. Yeah, this was, I believe, the last meeting or it's coming down.
So Okay. But this is not working. It's not getting anything. This completes the opening of bids. I'd like to entertain a motion to refer the bids to the clerk's office.

Motion made by Director Richards, seconded by Director Bellini. All in favor? All opposed? I'd like to entertain a motion to move to section A for review. So moved.
made by Director Richard, seconded by Director Fellini. All in favor? Aye. All opposed? Yes.
Have it. Director Delgado, do you have any items you'd like to review?
Yes, madam chair. Just one. Item number 25, this is the change order number 3 for the construction management services for the EEW complex. It's $3,200,000 for the final GMP for trade packages and changes in school network. I believe then Who's this?
Hey, there. We largely understand what's going on here, but just to simplify some of the verbiage here, what is in this 3,200,000, the difference between like the trade packages that was the right event for and the two weeks is sold?
And then if you might just identify yourself.
Yes. Finlow, assume your project manager will pull the priority. So much like the previous change orders, this code for GMP amendment and proposed change orders, GMP amendment number three, which is detailed errors, the final base scale bid packages. So we kinda did those in phases, what we're doing, bid out and awarded even instructed early versus these are some in Washington to put them in. So basically, that GIP amendment number three itself, amounts to more than 3,000,000, third house.
So that's all based from the base drawings. In addition to that, there's about 2,000,000 with less than 2,000,000 in chambers, the largest being the addition of our truck wash bay, which is something that heard based on the early budget estimates that we want. All of the changes are either underseen conditions or just couldn't be done at the time of design or changes requested by the city. Such as the truck wash bay, which is budget decisions we've confirmed that until about later nine or other things like changing the way you want it to be the data into the building, you know, minor things like that. Okay.
Is that helpful? Yeah. Very helpful. Just final question. Are there any other is there a contingency in place?
And do you feel there are any other items that you might be needing? Yes. I know it said final that you specific problem. That's really the final GOPs. There's no more base bid GOP patches.
Anything else but just from pure chain conversion. We do that for eight months or so construction. So, certainly, we'll run into some things. We do have contingency over the other side and the construction manager has contingency both now as well as allowances for the things that we know are coming to be quite refined yet. So most of you will be the project project.
Absolutely. Yeah. It was tracking fine. Thank you.
Yeah. We only added the truck wash because we're in budget. Right. That's why we were all doing it.
So, like, a nice to have. Great. That's all.
All right, I'd like to entertain a motion to approve items 136 of the section A's of all poll votes.
Motion made by Director DePina, seconded by Director Delgado. Hearing no objections, if not imperfect,
all call leave. Courtney Hawkins? Aye. Kyle Delgada?
Councilman Gonzalez is absent. Councilman Ryan is absent. Sarah Silveria? Aye. Joseph Dapina?
Aye. Patricia Quoinfei? Aye. Shamari Husband is absent. John R.
Zamanian? Aye. Dante Bellini?
Tyrell Stevens is absent. We have eight ayes, zero nays. Four absent. The motion carries.
The matters are approved. I'd like to entertain a motion to go to Section D approval minutes. So moved. Second. Motion made by Director Richards, seconded by Director Avogado.
