Special Committee on Health, Opportunity, Prosperity & Education (HOPE) REGULAR MEETING

Chairman Beechado called the special committee on health opportunity prosperity education (HOPE) meeting to order. The clerk called the roll and established that a quorum was present with three members in attendance.

The committee discussed an ordinance amending the code of ordinances to reform the procurement process for Providence Public School District (PPSD) purchases. After extensive discussion regarding the working group's efforts and feedback from school officials, the committee voted to approve the ordinance.

With no further business on the agenda, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded. The committee voted in favor, and the meeting was officially adjourned.
