Committee on City Property Thursday July 9th 2026

This resolution concerns the transfer of a former city road at 19 Dorothy Avenue to the Providence Redevelopment Agency for potential housing development. Following a brief recess and discussion on the lot's subdivision potential, the committee voted to approve the transfer.
