SUSPENDED [UNANIMOUS]Based upon the testimony concerning the incident itself and the ongoing threat to public safety as testified to by Sergeant Sollitto of the Providence Police Department, the Board voted pursuant to its powers under the Home Rule Charter, Section 1102 (b)(3), to suspend all licenses (including but not limited to Class BV/BX and Food Dispenser/Holiday/Entertainment) issued by it effective this date and until this matter can be heard as a Show Cause Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 1:30 PM, 444 Westminster Street, Providence, RI 02903 1st floor Conference Room. The motion was moved by Adewole T. Akinbi and seconded by Tiana Ochoa. The vote was unanimous with Ayes from Mancini, Akinbi, and Ochoa; Rogel and Quezada were absent.
