So the city is using Brownell and Poplar Education funds to acquire this at a market sale is the appraised value that the seller is honoring, and the intention is to incorporate this into the Robert f Kennedy School to assist with a circulation issue with with student and pickup track.

being our pay is going to be... The the footing of the the private in and of itself rather the footprint is very small. And so understanding that we are going up in size and also the amount of students, I think the owner of the property is the only house on that particular side of the street. The family has decided to to move elsewhere. It's not, and I do know that that's the husband of the Yeah. Of the owner of Jasper Street. We looked at potentially purchasing that as well, but we opted not to. There could be a funding issue there, but it's just they wanna sell the business in addition to the footprint.
