Call to Order and Roll Call

Committee members discussed the findings, potential policy safeguards, and the challenges of regulating third-party data access.
Public Comment
Members of the public provided testimony regarding the proposed Green Revolving Fund and surveillance technology. Speakers expressed strong support for the environmental benefits of the revolving fund and raised critical concerns about the privacy implications of FLOCK cameras.
Item 3: Green Revolving Fund Ordinance
The committee discussed an ordinance establishing a Green Revolving Fund to support energy efficiency and decarbonization projects in city buildings. After discussing labor standards, potential solar projects, and federal tax credits, the committee approved a minor date amendment and voted to pass the ordinance as amended.
