Call to Order, Roll Call, and Election of Chairperson

The meeting of the Board of Contract and Supply was called to order, and a roll call was conducted to establish a quorum. A motion was then made and approved to elect the chairperson for the meeting.

Opening of Bids (Items 1 through 18)
