Call to Order, Roll Call, and Election of Chair

The meeting was called to order, and a roll call was conducted to establish a quorum of nine members present. The board then voted to elect a temporary chair to preside over the meeting.

Section B: Opening of Bids

I just wanna just walk us through. I I see that you have added scope of services for soil movement and remedial oversight, and this is something that cannot be captured in the original contract. Can you just explain kind of that process there? What could it be captured?

So Rodentis, as you can hear in question, they were hired originally with an environmental consultant for the future projects. We did a good amount of pre production early design phase testing in soil designs. We've since done that testing, figured out this is the characterization of the soil, and now it's become clear that we need an environmental scientist on-site to manage that as the view every day. What's what's going on-site to sign off on her renowned department DEM requirements. So they had to do the oversight originally to characterize the soils.
