Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order, and a roll call was conducted to establish a quorum. Eight members were present and four were absent.
Election of Chairperson
A motion was made and approved to elect the speaker as the chairperson of the meeting. The presence of deputy city solicitor Michael Pelosi was also noted for the record.
Section B, Item 1: Providence Police Department Bids
The board voted to proceed to Section B for the opening of bids. Item 1, regarding a wheel dolly for the Providence Police Department, received no bids.
Section B, Item 2: One Providence for Youth 2026 Bids
The board opened and read thirteen bids for the One Providence for Youth 2026 program. The bids ranged from various community organizations and schools, with amounts specified for each.
Section B, Item 3: Department of Public Property Bids
The board addressed Item 3 regarding on-call mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for school facilities. It was noted that this item is being advertised.
Section B, Item 4: Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Bids
The board opened bids for electric vehicle infrastructure at the Teller Community Fuel Police Department. Three initial bids were read, though subsequent corrections added more bids to this item.

Section D: Approval of Minutes
The board transitioned to Section D to review the minutes from the January 27 meeting. The minutes were approved as presented without any corrections or edits.
