Call to Order, Roll Call, and Election of Chairperson

The meeting was called to order, roll call was taken, and a motion was approved to elect a chairperson for the meeting. The presence of the deputy city solicitor was also noted for the record.

Section B - Opening of Bids

The Board opened bids for several items, including Ward 9 welcome signage, radon testing services, ESL training, fire alarm systems, vegetation control, and snow ice control. A motion was approved to refer all received bids to the clerk's office.

Section C - Advertisements

The Board voted to transition to Section C of the agenda. A motion was then made and approved to authorize the advertisements listed in this section.

Section A - Review of Items

The Board moved to Section A to review specific agenda items, including a skate show program under the Department of Art, Culture + Tourism. Additionally, a representative from the Parks Department explained an unauthorized change order from a 2024 project.

Motion to Reject Item 6

Councilwoman Ryan made a motion to reject Item 6 in Section A in order to require a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the skate show. Following a roll call vote, the motion to reject failed with two ayes and six nays.

Approval of Section A Items

A motion was made to approve items 1 through 29 in Section A of the agenda. The motion passed following a roll call vote with seven ayes and one nay.

Section D - Approval of Minutes

The Board transitioned to Section D to review the minutes from the previous meeting held on November 3, 2025. A motion to approve the minutes as presented was voted on and passed.
