Communication prompted on the mayor dated 09/19/2025 informing the honorable members of the city council that pursuant to section three zero two b of the Providence 10 rule of charter of 1980 as amended in public laws of matter 45 through 50, sections one through 31, fashion 1987. He is this day appointing Eugene McBrayan of 162 And Bayard Bayard Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02906 as a member of the Providence Public Building Authority for its time to expire on 01/31/2030 and respectfully submits the same three approval. Mr. McBrain replaces Mr. McLaughlin, whose term is bad.
