Resolution Authorizing Contract with Delta Electro Power (Item 1)

The committee discussed a contract award to Delta Electro Power for servicing and winterizing city fountains, including the DePasquale Fountain. After discussing the sole-source nature of the provider and the urgency of winterization, the motion to approve the resolution passed.

Resolution Authorizing Contract with Gabriel Industrial Sweeping (Item 2)

The committee reviewed a payment of $64,000 to Gabriel Industrial Sweeping for street sweeping services rendered after their contract had expired. Despite concerns over contract management and vendor oversight, the committee voted to approve the payment while requesting a better management system and a copy of the new contract.
