Call to Order and Roll Call

The Board of Contract and Supply meeting is called to order, and the roll call is taken to establish a quorum. Ten members are present and two are absent.

Election of Chairperson

Madame Kirkley is nominated and elected as the chairperson of the Board of Contract and Supply. The presence of Deputy City Solicitor Megan DeSanto is also noted for the record.

Section B: Opening of Bids

14:16 - 33:15

The Board opens and reads bids for various department projects, including housing, parks, planning, police, public property, public works, and recreation. The bids are then referred to the clerk's office for further review.

Motion to Move to Section C: Advertisements

33:15 - 33:31

The Board votes to transition the meeting to Section C of the agenda to discuss advertisements. The motion passes unanimously.

Section C: Approval of Advertisements

33:31 - 33:59

The Board approves the advertisements listed in Section C, as well as the re-advertisement of items two and eleven from Section B. The motion is approved unanimously.

Motion to Move to Section A: Review

The Board votes to transition to Section A of the agenda for review of items. The motion is approved unanimously.

Section A: Review and Discussion of Agenda Items

The Board reviews and discusses various agenda items, including amendments to items 15 and 16, and questions regarding technology contracts, software, medical plans, drones, and property management. The Board then votes to approve items 1 through 35 as amended, with items 1, 3, and 4 referred to the City Council.

Approval of Minutes

The Board reviews and approves the minutes from the previous meeting held on Monday, June 2, 2025. The motion passes unanimously without any corrections.
