Obviously, I'm the chair of the task force calling to order a regular meeting on February 12. Video is 05:34. Could you spell him?

Rosie Jagdwell, in absent. We have seven present. And by absent, we have four. So Lynn and Sarah should be here any minute now, so I'll announce that when she gets here. Also wanted to really thank for being here.

This was your talk. Who is our amazing first. Why don't we get started? I will kick us off by saying three things. One is this might be a lighter conversation because a number of people who are going to present actually did today, so something will be completed.

And then I'm gonna have a few of inputs on the table out before we do that out loud. If people are watching the Zoom know who we are, that is something that is being requested. But before we do that, I did wanna ask him to have a moment of silence for a man in Rico who passed recently on with me. He froze to death at a bus stop. So not entirely related to our work, but also not not related to our work.

And so I just wanted us to take a moment on that, and then it's been gone. Thank you, everybody. I appreciate that. And I'm sure they feel like. Okay.

So and, also, before we get started, I'm also just gonna add a quick which I should've the moment I forgot the question. Just a quick update from last time. We had a great presentation from from Miriam about their build out. One of the areas of conversation was about connecting Miriam to Rita and having him sign up for the wave, and that is all happening. So it is moving along.

High fives to Sarah when she comes in and thought oh, no. It is. Yay. You're just talking about Rita. Yay.

Yay. This is the best. Sorry. I was no. We totally just for the record, Claire is here.

But we are just doing a quick update that now. Have been connected, so we can move forward with the weight program, which is really exciting as an update from that time coding. So action items in that. Check. But can you please read item number one in the agenda?

Update and presentation on lighting progress implementation presentation by Kyle Delgado, director of project management, city council office, and Brian Woodbury, Prism.

Okay. So Kyle's gonna have about a two sentence update, but what was supposed to happen tonight is that Brian from Prism, our contractor for the lighting project, is gonna walk us through some updates if we do have a memo, which you know that we will end with it. I don't forget. And we'll we'll talk about that for a minute, but Brian was gonna present to us.

He's also gonna update us and send us stuff with the. Brian is here sick today, so he's not joining us. So we are gonna continue that conversation in the future. But could anyone tell us what we have here? And then

Yeah. Thank you, ma'am. Kyle Nogawa, director of management for the council. Brian, unfortunately, was sick. I wanted to have him here.

Based on the last conversation, there were some questions that were more pertaining to his life and expertise, and he's gonna be able to use the Avari tool. Unfortunately, he said, so he did provide us with this memo that is, you know, on the front page here. We have an overview of the completed tasks so far, some of which we talked about before, some of the newly installed lights. There are some of the lights that was already installed, but they had power outages that we've been able to restore. And then there's a slew of new lighting equipment that we're looking to put on existing utility pole that is the northbound side, you know, right above the no burial ground and then the Long Road Burial Ground from the southbound.

So we put some submissions to the power around energy to kind of generate tools for that. So we're looking to know the process of getting those approved. And then we also have a PO achieved specifically for the decorative lights to be installed on the median between Olin and Bill and Randall. So we don't have a estimated ship date just yet for that order. We want to keep putting anything, we'll have more of an update on that next time.

And then there's a bunch of other highlights on the next page of ongoing activities based on. And then the subsequent pages are the visuals, something of our tool. Again, it's kind of difficult to say what it is and what is in the outline and what we can spill it. But I did ask that he just come next month so we can walk through that and kind of continue this matter this time and lunch.

Yeah. Thank you for being here for a few minutes. It was lovely being here. But, yeah, so there is stuff that obviously has been completed. There are funds underway because we're.

As a reminder, when all is said and done, we'll have spent about five hundred thousand dollars underwriting for North Main. This was something that has been both highlighted as contributing to a more recent process as well as, you know, having amazing laying conversation last spring. And so I've been really hustling to as this would be something we can address in the short term that would be the long term planning, getting much of this to, like, tie while we're doing all this. And I heard. When all is then done, the council will spend about $500,000 on all this new lighting.

Yeah. And so Brian will will come next time. If you know whatever's going around stops.

Yeah. And at that point, we'll be both guys in

the future. Late spring, I think, like, summertime, we'll be getting installed. So we'll be there against that mobilization period, and a lot of things we have in the for whatever it is.

I'd say any questions for Kyle, but really, he'd have to wait for Brian. Can I ask you a quick question? Yeah.

million dollars came from. It seems like so much, you know, he was curious, like It's not. Oh,

okay. He meant to say that. America has some. We have we have a health money for projects such as this, and the hospital must be able advocate for these, you know, necessary ones for the legs.

Yeah. Each child, the person had access to body. This is not it's gonna be above and beyond. Stay tuned for, you know, the, which is what I spent my my regular money on. It's a long awaited.
