Call to Order and Roll Call
The Board of Contract and Supply meeting was called to order. The clerk called the roll, confirming a quorum with ten members present and two absent.
Election of Chairperson
The board approved a motion to elect the presiding officer as chairperson for the meeting. The record was also updated to note the attendance of Deputy City Solicitor Michael Calisi.
Section B - Opening of Bids
