Item number one is discussion relative to including liquidation damages in contracts.
That was one that commission's office was planning to report back on. She don't wanna send anything to your body.
I'm assuming it was deferred to our contracts team. We have
a a number of working on those things, and I'll I'll
Oh, I think disappointment.
I'm not getting an update.
Yeah. So the question was, I noticed in the contacts that I that I don't see any penalty for noncompliance with the city's first source holdings. I don't see any penalty for future contract in terms of what vendors have already agreed to do in regards to NDE participation. So I saw no penalties that I had in the contract. And as a result, there's never been any kind of penalty for noncompliance with First Source and whole history with First Source.
We've never been a fund issue. And we've never really gone after anyone that's not gonna find anything that need to required. So, I mean, the source of that is the contracts. So that's what we'll continue that to the next meeting.
We have a motion to continue that.
