2. Case No. 2024-21 DD-DPR: 75 Clifford Street - Public Hearing
Motion passedMr. Michie made a motion, seconded by Ms. Capicotto, to grant the waiver based on the findings of fact, and to grant preliminary approval of the application with the final plan to be reviewed and approved by the administrative officer.
