Call to Order, Roll Call, and Approval of Minutes

The City Plan Commission called the meeting to order and conducted a roll call of present members. The commission then reviewed and unanimously approved the minutes from the August 15, 2023 meeting.

Agenda Item 1: Request for Extension - 311 Ninth Street

Agenda Item 2: Director's Report - Zoning Ordinance Changes

The applicant has been before you with the final plan, and that was one of the steps that you asked of them, they could which was for the applicant to appear before you as a part of their final plan approval. And they are in the process of fulfilling the other conditions of approval, and so they have asked for an extension for one year through October 2024.
