Proposal by 14 Imperial Condominium Association to replace existing windows with new windows. For discussion only. No action was taken by the DDRC at this meeting. The consensus among the members was that the transoms could be removed and incorporated into the window system.

Proposal by Pebb Capital to demolish the existing buildings on the site and to construct a new 6-story multi-family building. For discussion only. No action was taken by the DDRC at this meeting. Overall, the members had a favorable response to the project.
