Ms. Hampton made a motion, seconded by Mr. Chille, to approve the application, citing DRC standard 9 with the condition that operable windows may be installed in the storefronts of the building along Washington Street only (excluding Mathewson Street), and the existing terrazzo floor in the entrance vestibule of 126 Washington Street shall be preserved by the installation of a wood floor overlay. Final design details of the new storefront system, operable windows, and any signage proposed shall be reviewed by staff. Members Gelnett, Schoettle, Marsella, Cullion, Chille, and Hampton voted in favor. None opposed.
