Call to Order, Roll Call, Minutes, and Director's Report

Rhode Island Hospital Institutional Master Plan Renewal

Providence College Institutional Master Plan Amendment
The Commission discussed and approved an amendment to Providence College's Institutional Master Plan to construct a new 350-bed student housing facility. The approval was granted with conditions regarding lot mergers and addressing lot lines passing through existing buildings.
Minor Subdivision - 850 Manton Avenue
The Commission reviewed and approved a minor subdivision request to divide a 22.5-acre parcel at 850 Manton Avenue into three lots. The subdivision accommodates an existing shopping complex, a proposed self-storage facility, and an unbuildable parcel to remain vegetative.
Unified Development Review - 229 Sterling Avenue
The Commission approved a Unified Development Review application to subdivide a 10,000-square-foot lot into two 5,000-square-foot lots. The approval included granting dimensional variances for front yard coverage and maintaining two curb cuts on the existing lot.

The meeting was adjourned following a motion by Commissioner Billadel and a second by Commissioner Cazeta. The commissioners expressed anticipation for the next month's meeting.
