Not too much to report this month. The only the only thing I wanted to mention is that Manuel Cordero has been appointed by the mayor to replace Christine West on on the board. He previously has served as the mayor's designee, and his appointment has been approved by the city's city council's finance committee and will be voted by the full council on this coming Thursday. And then we expect shortly after that for the mayor to designate someone else to fill his seat on the commission. So next month, we should have a full complement of seven members.

And the intent of this abandonment is to expand storage space facility that exists north of the abandonment area. And what the applicant intends to do is to rezone to M 1 so that they can expand the storage space facility into this area where it is permitted by Wright. So, yeah, I guess the applicant can tell us more about their petitions and why they're necessary.

And agenda item number two is the rezoning of certain parcels to m one to accomplish. So with respect to the abandonment so first of all, this is the terminus of Eastwood Avenue.
